Research and Teaching Experience / Pesquisa e Experiencia de ensino
For the past 10 years I have been involved in reef fish community and ecology studies, taking part in research projects along the Brazilian Coast. During these years I had also instructed Reef Fish Ecology courses for undergraduate students. I have been involved in the Coral Reef Ecology field course since 2010.

My main interests comprise coral reef ecology and conservation, as much as of other tropical marine ecosystems such mangroves, algal beds and seagrass. I am also a member and co-founder of the NGO Instituto Mar Adentro.
